Light Grey VS Navy

So im getting abit of a stockpile of furniture that needs to be painted so im struggling with what colour to paint quite a big unit.

ive recently painted something using Valspar (the colour match service from B&Q) and it worked out amazingly well so im looking for inspiration. I have decided on either Light Grey or Navy Blue. Having looked through Pinterest ive found a couple of images that l like.
